3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by provider name and address. Each time a page is requested, the provider automatically records a log entry containing the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring URL and the browser identification. These entries are used only for operating and securing the service and are deleted after retention period. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
4. Contact form and requirement form
If you contact us through a form on this site, the data you enter is transmitted to us and stored in order to process your enquiry. We do not use it for any other purpose and do not pass it to third parties without your instruction or a legal obligation.
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject and message.
- Requirement form: company details, role and volume data, timing, budget indication, an optional job description file, and the contact person named.
- Data from enquiries is retained for retention period and then deleted unless a contract arises, in which case commercial and tax retention periods of six and ten years apply.
5. Candidate data and CVs
If you send us your CV through the candidate form or by email, we process it in order to assess your suitability for positions with our client companies. This section applies in addition to the general statements above.
What we process
- Identity and contact data, country of residence, work permit status.
- Qualifications, certificates, work history, language levels, availability.
- Documents you upload, including the CV file and any certificates you send later.
Who receives it
We share your profile with a prospective employer only where you have consented to that specific disclosure, and with the authorities involved in a visa or recognition procedure where that procedure is being conducted on your behalf. Recruitment partners in the sourcing countries act as processors under Article 28 GDPR.
Special categories and retention
We do not ask for health data, religious affiliation, union membership or any other special category of data under Article 9 GDPR, and we ask you not to include such information in your CV. If a placement does not result, we keep your profile in our candidate pool for retention period, typically 6 to 24 months on the basis of your consent, and delete it afterwards. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@unicusglobalconsulting.com, with effect for the future.
6. Cookies, analytics and embedded content
We set only those cookies that are technically necessary to operate the site. Any cookie or service that is not strictly necessary — including analytics and embedded maps — is loaded only after you have given consent through the cookie banner, in line with § 25 TDDDG.
- Necessary cookies: session handling and your cookie choice itself. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f).
- Analytics: tool name, provider, data collected, retention. Loaded only with consent, Art. 6 (1) (a).
- Google Maps: the map on our contact page is not loaded until you click to load it. Doing so transmits your IP address to Google Ireland Ltd. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a).
7. Transfers to third countries
Our recruitment activity involves partners outside the European Economic Area in the sourcing countries we work with. Where personal data is transferred to such a country, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses under Article 46 (2) (c) GDPR, or on an adequacy decision where one exists. List of countries and safeguards to be completed.
