For candidates

Work in Germany, with the paperwork handled

We place skilled and semi-skilled workers with German employers, and we stay with you through the visa, the recognition of your qualification, the flight and the first weeks on site.

How placement works

Three steps, and what each one costs you

Our fee is paid by the employer. You are never charged for placement, and we will tell you before any step that carries a cost of its own, such as a document translation or a language course.

  1. A woman working on her laptop at a desk

    You send your CV

Use the form below. We check your qualifications, work history and language level against the roles our clients are hiring for, and tell you honestly whether we can place you and roughly when. If we cannot, we say so rather than leaving you waiting.

Free · reply within 5 working days

  2. A smiling man at a desk with a laptop

We match you and prepare the file

When a suitable vacancy comes up, we present your profile to the employer and arrange an online interview. In parallel we start the recognition procedure for your qualification and assemble the documents your visa application will need.

Free · translations and exam fees may apply

  3. An airport terminal with travellers

    You arrive and start work

Contract signed, visa issued, flight booked. We arrange accommodation for your arrival, help with the municipal registration, tax ID and bank account, and stay your contact for the first three months on site.

Free · rent and living costs are yours

Where we place

Sectors currently hiring through us

Demand changes month to month, but these six sectors are where German employers come to us most often. Send your CV even if your trade is not listed — we keep profiles on file.

Most roles require at least basic German (A2 – B1). Nursing and care roles require B1 or B2 and a completed recognition procedure before you can work in the profession.

Recognition of qualifications

Will my qualification count in Germany?

For many jobs, yes, but it has to be assessed first. Germany distinguishes between regulated professions, where recognition is mandatory before you may work — nursing, most healthcare roles, several trades — and non-regulated ones, where an employer may hire you on the strength of your experience alone.

The assessment, called Anerkennung, compares your training with the German equivalent. The outcome is full recognition, partial recognition with a defined gap you can close through a course or a test, or no equivalence. Partial recognition is common and is not a rejection.

We start this process with you before you travel, not after you arrive, and we tell you at the outset which category your profession falls into. Official information is available at anerkennung-in-deutschland.de.

What candidates ask us most

How long does recognition take?

Typically three to four months from a complete application. Missing or untranslated documents are the usual cause of delay.

Which documents do I need?

Your diploma or certificate, transcripts or a syllabus, proof of work experience, passport, and certified German translations of each.

Do I need German before I arrive?

For most production and logistics roles, A2 to B1 is enough. Care and healthcare roles require B1 or B2. We can arrange course placement before departure.

Do I pay a fee to be placed?

No. The employer pays our fee. Third-party costs such as translations, exams and your visa fee are yours, and we tell you what they are in advance.
